Refund policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes, including updates to items or shipping details. We accept returns within 3–5 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition with packaging, except for earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and promotional products; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, excluding shipping charges. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photo or video evidence, and we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Please note that natural wear over time due to usage, exposure to moisture, perfumes, or skin chemistry is not considered a defect. Once orders are shipped, they are handled by courier partners, but we will assist in resolving delivery issues wherever possible. In case of pricing or technical errors, ALLSAA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
